Another of those special places all the locals know about, but the building is such that a visitor would likely pass it by. If you did go inside the decor would strike you as: what in the world were they thinking. What they were thinking was whatever they came across would look really neat in the restaurant. As for the food and the service, it is homemade cafe food at its very best. Heaping plates, wonderful aromas, very reasonable prices. A little bit of small town greatness in the capital city of California.
