My son, Joseph Suzanne, from Troop 444, chartered at Saint Bernadette Church in Fuquay-Varina, NC completed this set of stairs for the American Legion on April 6th, 2013.

This is a set of stairs that leads down towards the lake from the back patio of the old building at the American Legion. This was a safety issue and an erosion issue at the Legion. Joe saw the need and met with the appropriate people to arrange his project. The project was approved on January 8, 2013 by the Hemlock District of the Occoneechee Council in North Carolina. He completed the project on April 6, 2013. His final Eagle Review board was May 8, 2013. Joe is now an Eagle Scout, and we could not be prouder.
