The Berkeley Building, now housing the Rangra Theater, is located on Holland Street in Alpine, Texas.

Originally known as the Berkeley Building, it was built in 1921. The word "Berkeley" and below it "1921" can still be seen in the stone floor in front of the entrance doors. According to the Historic Alpine Walking Tour brochure "The Berkeley Building, built in 1921, housed traveling shows and vaudeville acts in its early years." Link
It currently is called The Rangra, and while a little worse for the wear, it is still providing entertainment value for Alpine moviegoers.
