The Charlston Connector B is part of a network of foot and bike trails connecting Rossland.
You can start your trek at this point which is at the junction of Charlston Street and Georgia Street. This is the same trail as Charlston Connector A, just starting at the opposite end.
It is about 250 metres which will take you to 8th Avenue and Railway Street. (Charlston Connector A).
Unlike some of the other Rossland connector trails the Charlston Connector A and B go through some residential regions, more open space, though there are some large trees to help shade the way.
This connector is rated moderate. It has some uneven surfaces with natural obstacles. It is moderately steep in sections and does have some switchbacks. These trails are not maintained in the winter.
BEARS are about: BE CAREFUL and carry a whistle.
Watch out for wildlife.
NO motorized vehicles allowed.
NO Smoking
Practice: STOOP AND SCOOP if you bring your dog.
