This church is located in the center of the village, close to the main street and the shops.
The construction of the church of St. Martin was spread from 1869 to 1871.
Its small size at the beginning (about twenty meters long by just over 6 meters wide) quickly called for additions or improvements.
Thus, the bells were changed in 1890. The addition of collateral was completed in 1899. The clock dates from 1893 and is signed by Pellerin home built in Tiffauges.
Lecoq Bishop consecrated the church May 30, 1876.
The stained glass windows date from 1900 and are the creation of glass JP resident Florence Tours. St Martin (obviously), St. Michael the Archangel and St Frances among others are offered in meditation and prayer Mouilleronnais.
