The Explorit is not a science museum where you simply look at things, it a place where you interact with things. Microscopes and hand held electronic magnifiers, drawers full of different natural substances and objects, and suddenly the cloth your clothes are made from look entirely different.
Gravity, rotational forces, inertia become not just names when you are part of what happens during their application to objects. Some animals like heat and some like darkness, exhibits show how the animal actually reacts to these.
It's aimed at stimulating the interest of children in the sciences, but you will find the adults interacting just as much as the younger people.
