The "circle of hands" is part of a sculpture entitled "Freedom Through Safety" (see WMGXZ6) at the Parker Police Station—sixteen tiles pressed with hand prints from local citizens ranging from children to the elderly. The hands represent community involvement and support for the local law enforcement.
