This monument sets in the middle of a park. It says

IN MEMORY OF

OUR HEROES

1861 - 1865

BURIED IN UNKNOWN GRAVES

Below the heading is a list of 14 names.

It has been restored at some time recently according to the plaque on the back of the monument. I suspect that the cement pad was poured to help support it. There was no other information on the monument.
