This charming apartment building sits on the east side of Riverside Drive, right at its northern end. Just a few feet further north, Riverside becomes Bay Avenue.
Much of this building is original and in quite good condition, indicative of a building that has been in the same family for much of its life. For at least the first 30 years of its existence, members of the Lazareff family lived in the building.
It retains its elegant oak and beveled glass entrance to this day. The date plaque is concrete with painted concrete lettering, set into the face of the upper façade.
