The clock is on Grant St. It sits in the middle of the sidewalk. The clock is painted black. On it's face is the logo of Rotary International. There's a plaque at the base.
The plaque reads: "Serving Novato since 1954. A gift from Novato Rotary Clubs, Ignacio, Novato, Sunrise and Rotaract commemorating the city of Novato 50th Anniversary January 20th, 2010."
