This town hall was built in 1833 from the family "Haase" as a private residence on the ground of an old farmhouse.
It was the first stonebuilt building in Heepen ever.
In 1846 the first apothecary of Bielefeld started to sell its drugs in this building.
This building is the official town hall for Heepen since 1848!
The town hall itself can be seen on the picture, it has a quadratic shape with a typical building style of 19th century german stone buildings.
Surrounding the hall is the local town square, with a sculpture and many trees.
