Cordes Vibrantes. Made 1992 in bronze and granite by the artist Fernandez Arman. Owner is Malmö City. It is placed near the crossing of Malmborgsgatan / Stora Nygatan. Donated by Skanska and Gallery GKM Siwert Bergström, Malmö. The sculpture belongs to the suite Cordes Vibrantes (vibrating strings) and is made like slices of bass violins. The artist have used the cubisms love for musical instruments with soft rythmic profiles.
