ROUTE 6 AND 202 (LAKE AVENUE) AND INTERSTATE ROUTE 84, PROCEED
WEST ON U.S. ROUTE 6 AND 202 FOR 1.6 KM (0.97 MI) TO THE STATION
ON THE LEFT.

THE STATION IS A STANDARD USC+GS DISK
STAMPED---497---,
SET INTO THE TOP OF A SQUARE CONCRETE MONUMENT 15 CM ON A SIDE
RECESSED 20 CM BELOW THE GROUND. IT IS LOCATED
45.17 METERS (148.2 FT) NORTHWEST FROM POWER POLE 61,
19.05 METERS (62.5 FT) NORTHWEST FROM A 70 CM ELM TREE,
14.84 METERS (48.7 FT) NORTH FROM POWER POLE 62 AND
8.53 METERS (28 FT) SOUTHWEST FROM THE CENTERLINE OF U.S. ROUTE 6
AND 202.

Although this mark is blue-booked with the NGS, the datasheet is not openly published and therefore not loggable on the Geocaching site.

There are two additional marks mentioned in this datasheet, one to the east (6106), and one to the west (498X) of this mark. All three marks are buried an inch or so below the surface, and have been exposed due to recent surveyor activity.
