The church is located at the corner of Adams Street and Babcock Street, on the southeast corner. It is about two blocks west of the center of East Milton.

The church is a white structure with a peaked roof. There are windows with a peak on all sides. The main entrance is at the corner of the building nearest the intersection with a porch roof over it.
