A wall painting at the side-wall of a parking lot behind the Douzastaat in Leiden. This painting has been made without permission. The ARK (Adviescommissie Ruimtelijke Kwaliteit) decided the painting was not professional enough. Some people who live in the neighbourhood made complaints at the municipality. They preferred a grey parking place.
This was in Dec. 2007, the ARK advice was ignored, the painting is still there!
