I attended this school from 1951-58. It housed kindergarten through 6th grades. Built in 1895, it was closed in the early 1960's after the completion of the Market Street Elementary School 2 blocks away. The School District rented it to Edinboro University in 1964 and they held classes here as an off campus presence for the University until 1971. The School district has sold the property since then into private hands and it presently sits idle.
