The final resting place of Mary Luby-Baker is at the far northwest corner of Fairlawn Cemetery, at the center of the section. Hers is a horizontal marker next to a family monument with the names Luby/Baker and a 3-leaf clover etched between them.

1945: 1,250 American bombers attack Berlin.
1955: The game Scrabble debuts.
1965: Funeral services are held for Detroit homemaker Viola Liuzzo, who was shot dead by 4 Klansmen as she drove marchers back to Selma at night after the civil rights march.
1975: The Rocky Horror Show opens on Broadway in New York City with 4 performances.
1985: Coca-Cola changes its formula and releases New Coke. (The response is overwhelmingly negative, and the original formula is back on the market in less than 3 months.)
