This bell is clearly stamped
The O. S. Bell Co. / 36 / Hillsboro O. (Ohio). On the support nearest the tolling hammer there is stamped
36 38. A web search of The O. S. Bell Company produces a lot of hits, but none of them seem to be definitive, just references found on various bells, such as this one.
The interesting thing about this bell is that it can be used two different ways. When the wheel is rocked back and forth the bell rings as a typical church bell does. There is a separate clapper and arm that can be used to toll the bell for funerals or for emergencies. The latter is chained to avoid issues...
