Die Nr. 10/12 hat eine Klinkerfassade und Marmor und Terrazzo im Eingangsbereich und ist ein Kulturdenkmal mit der ID 09290616.
Die Jahreszahlen des Erbaus befindet sich oberhalb des Balkons im 3. EG über der Eingangstür.
