De "Moulin de Maredret" of "Moulin de la Ferme" is gelegen op de Molignée in het gehucht Maredret was in het bezit van de abdij van Saint-Gérard en werd in 1744 gebouwd. Het L-vormig gebouw is opgetrokken in natuursteen (witte kalksteen). In de jaren 1970 werd hij heropgericht. Hij is ingericht als verblijfplaats ("gîte rural"). Er zijn twee metalen bovenslagraderen die nog kunnen draaien.

The mill was build in 1744 and was property of the abbey of Saint-Gérard. The mill was restored in 1970 is now holiday home.
