This strikingly attractive brick library was built in 1918 for a sum of $45,000. It reached out to the community offering its basement, kitchen and auditorium for public and social gatherings as well as providing reading and research material from the early days of Buhl until today. It is also remembered as serving to help Americanize the children of immigrant parents who settled in the area.
