A dated brick formation on the top of the old town hall in the center of Newtown. The building looks to be in a Art Nevau style and is built mainly of red brick with yellow brick detailing.
The stone reads:-
A D 1899
The date itself looks to be a little less defined so may have been altered, or it could simply be weathering.
