Unquestionably the best place for tobogganing in Kingston, Ontario.

Lots of free parking at the hill top.

This is the first hill I've ever noticed everyone sliding down at roughly the same time and then walking up together as well. Seems alot safe and less prone to the accidents I've seen at other hills in the area.
