Phillip Bunn is a member of BSA Troop 48, which is sponsored by the Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church. In November (had to wait on park holloween decorations to be taken down) and December 2012, Phillip led a group of scouts in a project to replace the trash containers at the city's Bays Mountain Park. This location is near the amphitheater. The eight receptacles were constructed of 1" treated lumber with latches to keep out the raccoons.
