Harriet's Hats and Fine Accessories adds a touch of class to the Thunderbird Mall in Virginia. This artwork brings a smile to shoppers heading down the hall. The painted "window" gives the window shopper a glimpse of hats and accessories that Harriet might have available; a door of the "brick" store front entices one to see what else is inside.
