U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey benchmark about 5 miles SE of Newville, PA. It appears to have never made it into the database and was meant to replace Y 164 (KW2053) which was most likely destroyed when the highway was realigned.

To reach from I-81: proceed SE to mark in culvert to the left. From the intersection State Routes 233 & 174: proceed for .4 miles to disk on the right. Disk is about .2 mi N of KW2677.
