THE MONUMENT IS A 3.5 INCH BRASS DISK SET AT ON A WING WALL AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE BRIDGE , 16.8 FT SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF MACK ROAD, 27.6 FT EAST OF THE EAST EDGE OF WATER, AND 40.9 FT WEST OF THE EAST
END OF THE GUARDRAIL.
