ENThe Bielefeld Tourist Information Center is located at 23 Niederwall, on the premises of the town hall. It's the place to go for collecting flyers, purchasing maps, souvenirs and postcards, getting tickets for any musical or cultural events, finding and booking accomodation or just asking any questions concerning the city and its sights. There are no public washrooms directly on the site, but there are in the town hall, which is the same building.

WebsiteDEDie in städtischer Regie betriebene Touristeninformation befindet sich am Niederwall 23 im Neuen Rathaus. Hier bekommt man Informationsmaterial, Stadtpläne, Ansichtskarten und Souvenirs, kann Eintrittskarten für Musik- und Kulturveranstaltungen erwerben oder eine Unterkunft finden und buchen, und natürlich Auskünfte zur Stadt und ihrer Sehenswürdigkeiten erhalten. Öffentliche Toiletten gibt es direkt im Büro nicht, wohl aber im Rathaus, also praktisch im gleichen Gebäude.
