Maha Sarakham, a small city in northern Thailand. Near the city centre is a major traffic intersection, with a traffic circle, upon which is a four-sided tower clock, with four clock faces. The clock looks a little worn, more than a few years old. The clock tower has for symbols of the Thai monarchy, above the clocks.
The clock is functional, but running a few minutes fast.
