The final resting place of Clyde A. Reed is at the east side of Kolb Cemetery. Entrances into the cemetery are on the south and east sides (NE 36th and Midwest Blvd). His is a flat marker with a Mason's symbol at the top and the following text:

1950: Puerto Rican nationalists Griselio Torresola and Oscar Collazo attempt to assassinate U.S. President Harry S. Truman, who is staying at the Blair-Lee House in Washington, D.C. during White House repairs.
1960: The Great Chilean Earthquake: Chile's subduction fault ruptures from Talcahuano to Taitao Peninsula, causing the most powerful earthquake on record (with a magnitude of 9.5) and a tsunami.
