This packing plant building has been known by several names: Kimball Fruit Company, Pinnacle Packing Plant #3 and Medford Feed & Seed. The building has loading docks facing the railroad tracks (east side) and on Fir Street (west side). These ghost signs appear on the railroad-facing side of the building, advertising the Pinnacle Packing Company and Albers Feeds / Medford Feed & Seed. The Pinnacle Plant remained here into the 1940s, so the Pinnacle sign is at least 70 years old. Medford Feed & Seed followed shortly after, so those signs likely date to the 40s or 50s. The building is considered an eligible contributing structure in
Medford's Downtown Historic District.
