This vintage advertisement is painted on the north wall of the Haines Building, a brick building in downtown Jacksonville, dating to the 1850s. The sign advertises Bloch Brothers Mail Pouch Tobacco, arguably West Virginia's most well-known consumer product in years past.

Also visible at the top of this same wall is an advertisement for the "O. Biede Tinshop, New and Second-Hand Stoves," in reference to a business run by Otto Biede.
