The memorial is composed of five, triangular granite blocks which from a star mounted on a concrete base. The blocks are inscribed with the names of Etowah County law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty, a poem and two quotes. The memorial was recently moved from its former location in Noccalula Falls Park.
