This multi-war Veterans' memorial is located within the Sterling Memorial Park, a cemetery on the western foothills of Sterling, Utah.

This Veterans' Memorial is located near the entrance to the Sterling Memorial Park, near the northwest area of the cemetery. The cemetery sits on a hillside with a view of the town of Sterling, which has a population of about 235. The memorial lists six separate wars, from the Spanish American War to the Vietnam War, with a total of 118 Veterans honored.

The memorial itself is a bronze plaque, attached to a concrete base, that is etched to look similar to cinderblock. Atop the monument is an octagon with an image of an eagle with a backdrop of an American Flag. Around the outside of the octagon are the words:

"UNITED WE STAND" (Top)
"COURAGE" (Bottom)
"HONOR" (Left)
"FREEDOM" (Right)

The memorial is accompanied by three large flagpoles. The memorial and the flagpoles are secured to a large concrete base.

Description of Memorial:
This memorial is just inside the entrance to the Sterling Memorial Park. It consists of a large bronze plaque and is attached to a large concrete base that has been etched to look like cinderblock. It is located on the western foothills of the area and faces toward the town of Sterling.
