Given that air raids and nuclear attacks are infrequent in this neck of the woods, this siren has likely seen little use. It probably only sounds off when the local hockey team wins one.
The building is situated at 414 Baker Avenue in Salmo, BC, three blocks east off of Railway Avenue, aka Highway 6. In case you're considering "liberating" this siren, the RCMP are camped right next door.
