In 1891, the three Gray brothers built this building in downtown Salem. They ran hardware and construction businesses but left Salem around 1907. They sold the building to Russell Catlin and James R. Lynn and the present-day owners are direct descendants of Russell Catlin. A current tenant of the building is the Brick Bar & Broiler.
