This three story beige painted brick building is located at 125 - 127 E. Prairie in Girard, Ks. The left side has two large panes of glass beside a recessed doorway. The center of the first floor has a painted door in an arched entryway. The right side has a bey window, a recessed metal doorway and another bay window. The second and third stories have three double pane windows on each story and each side. A red arch detail is above each side window. In the middle is a arched window on the second and third story. There are four small red stars along the secondand third stories. Along the top is an entablature that reads 1886 Caldwell Block. There is also a fan pattern inside the central detail.
