One Park Place in Annapolis, MD is a midrise commercial building, with its own below-ground parking garage. Several restaurants, a Westin Hotel, private condominiums and some small business ventures use this small campus. The fountain is located on the NE corner of the intersection of West Street and Amos Garrett Blvd. The fountain runs most the year when the weather is not freezing. It is a two layer fountain, with four stone horses in the bottom pool holding up a second bowl of the fountain in which a Greecian male statue stand in the middle of the bowl. Streams of water spray out of the horses' mouths on the bottom layers. Several streams of water on the upper level arch up to splash onto the legs of the Greecian statue . The stone appears to be either pink marble or a synthetic blend of stone, similat to you see for kitchen counters. The fountain is centered in the plaza area. There is room for outdoor restaurant tables and large planters to be placed around the fountain.
