I recovered this Reference Mark that is part of the COLLEGE series (PID QE0628) in good condition, although the mark was buried under a lot of mud and water and took a minute to clean the area out.
This reference mark is under a metal access plate that can be easily lifted and lies right at the edge of a curb. NGS datasheet info is adequate accept that Adams Avenue is now called Intramural Way.

IN CORVALLIS, AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTHWEST 25TH STREET AND ADAMS AVENUE, ON THE CAMPUS OF OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY, 5.6 M (18.4 FT) EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE STREET, 5.4 M (17.7 FT) SOUTH OF THE EXTENDED CENTERLINE OF THE AVENUE, 3.0 M (9.8 FT) SOUTHWEST OF A FIRE HYDRANT, AND 0.2 M (0.7 FT) EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF THE STREET. NOTE--THE MARK IS UNDER A 6-INCH ROUND METAL PLATE, AND NOT LEVELED THIS SURVEY. THE MARK IS ABOVE LEVEL WITH THE STREET.
