This very old NGS Tidal benchmark from 1919 is imbedded on top of a stone headwall that is part of an underpass for the railroad tracks for which Ouxy Spring flows through. It is located on the SE corner and east of the tracks. There is also a nearby benchmark bolt (PID NY0475) located on the other side of the tracks in the NW corner. This benchmark appears on a topography map as BM 4151.
*NOTE* The Ouxy Station and water tank mentioned in the datasheet have all been destroyed and only the concrete foundations of each remain.
