an Superlativen überbietenden Welt. Richard Hirschhuber,
- Quelle: (

"Almost everything there is, in this day is
unsurpassable world of superlatives. Richard Hirsch Huber,
ideengesegneter owner and landlord in the traditional Kufsteiner
Old-Genusshotel **** and Weinhaus Auracher Löchl has nevertheless
found a gap: he opened it "the smallest
Bridge restaurant in the world. "Four eyes, five courses, two squares and
a record player - these are the disarmingly elegant purist like
Ingredients of the 15 square meter large or small dining restaurant, which with two
Lovers is per night and booked again.
But the positioning of the "smallest bridge hotels in the world"
is exceptional: it sits directly above the majestic
historical Kufsteiner Römerhofgasse - right on the centuries-old
Transition between Old Town and Wine House Hotel. By romantic
Candlelight and crackling vinyl music from five decades enjoyed
the happy couple a delicious, multi-course menu love. Is to
the little bell rung in no time the waiter appears
Auracher Löchls to satisfy all culinary desires; off
the couple in the restaurant is lovely mini alone.
The five-course menu has love it as well as the location in itself:
On leaf salad with grilled prawns and lime dressing
Following is a sorrel soup with potato chip, then
Wild garlic ravioli with roasted pine nuts in brown butter, for
Main dish, a tranche of "dry aged beef" with baby carrots
Port wine and paint Rosmarienkartoffel and delicious as a dessert panna
Cotta with Tahitian vanilla and strawberries
The legend "Auracher Löchl" lives for 600 years, 365 days a
Year, and offers guests daily hot meals between 12 to 22
Clock. The "Auracher Löchl" is also the birthplace of the
world famous "Kufstein Song" "- source.: (
