This is a memorial to the deported Jewish citizens of Königsdorf. The memorial and the plaque are located in front of the train station in Königsdorf, Germany, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
At 13th and 15th November 1938 two trains started from here, filled with about 600 Jeweish people to be deported to KZ Dachau. The Jewish people had been arrested at the so-called 'Reichspogromnacht' at the 9th November. this was the first deportation at the area of Köln (Cologne).
The plaque made me to remeber of the deported and killes Jewish people.
