[EN] The last remaining is the windmill "Saint Jacques". A stone construction is topped by a cone supporting a wooden cabin carrying the sails which are the only part moving in the wind. The ovement is transmitted through the cone to the millstones located at the base.
The mill has been restored and has been operational since September 15, 1994.
