In central Hanoi city is the newly created Hanoi stock market, where the good people of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam can buy and sell the tools of capitalism. In the entrance foyer is a large and impressive statue of a bull, readying himself to charge forward. It is true that the bull here is not yet fully installed (April 2012), he stands on a wooden packing crate, and it is likely that he will be joined by a bear at some short time in the future, but here he is.
