This is a small building, the second along from the corner. The yellow car in front indicates the building with the dates (in gallery). There are two 1886 date stones on this building, at either side, at the roof level. This date indicates that it was dedicated during the French colonial era. It is a two story structure, originally, I suspect, it was a suite of offices in the centre of what was the capital of French Vietnam. It now contains small shops on the ground floor, and most likely, still, offices, on the floors above. This area is a busy tourist destination, with several other waymarks nearby.
