The disk is a NYS Department of Transportation disk set in concrete flush with ground. It is located on the NW corner of the intersection of Lehigh Station Road (Route 253) and Middle Road in Henrietta. The mark is approx. 60 ft. W of the steel traffic light support pole on the NW corner of the intersection, and is due S of the Lehigh Commerce Center.
