In December 2, 2007, "The Airplane" bar owner, (famous Lisbon striptease club)José Gonçalves was murdered with the bursting of his Mercedes in a Bomb attack.
The bomb was detonated by a cellular phone call.
Jorge Chaves, the alleged offender, was released after three years in jail, a twist in the courts.
The Aircraft was in the meantime dismantled but can still be seen in Google maps. The attack was made next to the Club.
