A Corps Of Engineers-U.S.Army survey disk located on the concrete walkway on the east break wall at Point Breeze (Kent), NY, where the Oak Orchard creek meets Lake Ontario. The marker is approximately 170 feet north of the south end of the concrete walkway. It is located north of three NSG survey disks, also mounted in the concrete walkway. It is just northwest of the new Oak Orchard lighthouse.
