The waymark 'Wagging Tail Dog Park' (visit link) is the first Dallas dog park designed specifically for dogs, not just an underutilized space given over to dogs. It is 7 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in far North Dallas, with comfortable amenities for pets and their humans.

The Wagging Tails Dog Park is usually open from 5am to 11pm Tuesdays through Saturdays, but can be closed for several days after hard rains. It is carved out of a flood plain, after all! :)

There are 2 play areas, one for small dogs and one for larger dogs. The areas are separated by the driveway to the parking lot.
