This memorial to all firefighters is located on the grounds of the firehouse of São Bartolomeu de Messines, a small town in Southern Portugal. It's dated 1st January 2002 and it presents a plate with a simple sentence: "Homage to the firefighter". Although it's on the grounds of the firehouse it can be observed by the general public, not only because the grounds are wide open to whoever wants to visit but also because it's really close to the public area.
